Nikki has been practicing yoga for many years and became and RYT during the summer of 2014. Nikki loves the healing properties of yoga and enjoys educating students about their bodies and how they can prevent injuries that they may encounter. Nikki feels as though yoga and movement are for everybody no matter the age, shape, or size. Not only does Nikki teach yoga, but she also teaches dance and gymnastics as well.
Gentle Yoga is a slower paced class that will utilize props, have modifications for each pose, and hold our stretches longer. This class is geared towards those with injuries, very beginners, or those who enjoy a slower paced class.
