Teacher training isn't just for students who want to instruct. It is an opportunity for growth in every aspect of your life. If you have been asking those big questions, seeking a more meaningful approach to life, and searching for the path toward conscious living, our 200 hour program will provide answers, perspective, and guidance upward. You will delve deeply into yogic philosophy, history, and theory while learning to apply complex and critical thinking to approach everyday situations with a more enlightened mind. The knowledge and understanding you will gain through our program will allow you to lead class honestly and responsibly, as well as navigate life with calmness, clarity, and an open heart.
Stop by for our Q&A Session: December 9th, 12:00-1:30pm.
Note: The session scheduled for Nov. 10th has been cancelled.
Yoga is first and foremost a science of self-discovery, and Ayurveda is the science of life. Throughout our 200hr training, each module will build upon the other in developing a spiritually based understanding of yoga, health, and personal revelation. In understanding the fundamentals of Ayurveda and each dosha, you will discover how to create an experience for your yoga students that benefits them physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Class assisting hours take place under the guidance of the Teacher Trainer and allow students to practice their skills guiding others deeper into poses, offering modifications, and correcting alignment.
Outside Yoga Classes/40 hours
Each student must attend a minimum of 40 hours of Hatha Yoga Classes taught by a Registered Yoga Teacher.
