Yoga Stretch

Yoga Stretch is simply stretching and is our most popular class. We start with the head and move through the entire body. We focus on balance, breath, alignment, strengthening, and lengthening the limbs. This class is perfect for any ability level and can be modified as needed.

Gentle Vinyasa

This class is a gentler take on our vinyasa classes.

Vinyasa is an active class where we practice Sun Salutations combined with a series of sequences meant to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. This class will utilize the body's natural internal heater by activating the large muscles in the body and then continue at a constant flow. We will explore holding our poses for a longer period of time and enjoy an extended final relaxation at the end of class.

Intermediate Flow

Intermediate Flow incorporates energetic movement through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. Movement through these postures is matched with the breath, creating an even greater sense of flow, strength, ease and tension release.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, the poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body—the tendons, fascia, and ligaments—with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, its goals are awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing class that utilizes blocks, bolsters, chairs, sandbags, and straps throughout the class. The poses are supported and held for 5-10 minutes each in order to deeply stretch and release tension.

Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both your mind and body. Mindfulness techniques can vary, but in general, mindfulness meditation involves a breathing practice and awareness of body and mind.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as “yogic sleep” is a meditation technique that supports deep relaxation. In this class you will be guided through a detailed sleep meditation that will allow your mind and body to slip into a deep state of relaxation.
