Is simply stretching. We start with the head and move through the entire body. We focus on balance, breath, alignment, strengthening, and lengthening the limbs.
Is for the new student. In this class we focus on basic Sun Salutations, stretching, alignment, and breath work. It is more strenuous than yoga stretch and you will raise your heart rate.
Is a challenging class. We practice Sun Salutations combined with challenging sequences meant to increase flexibility, strength, and stamina. This class is heated and fast paced and will explore inversions and arm balances.
Is a class designed specifically for expecting mother's-to-be. Our focus is on building strength and endurance to help the student move easily through the labor and delivery process. It's a wonderful way to bond with your baby and learn to calm your mind through the use of specific breathing techniques.
Is a deeply relaxing class that utilizes blocks, bolsters, chairs, sandbags, and straps throughout the class. The poses are supported and held for 5-10 minutes each in order to deeply stretch and release tension.
Is "yogic sleep". It begins with light stretching and then you will lay in savasana while the instructor takes you through a guided meditation.
Is a slower paced class that will utilize props, have modifications for each pose, and hold our stretches longer. This class is geared towards those with injuries, very beginners, or those who enjoy a slower paced class.
Allows for a lot of variety, but will most certainly include sun salutations. There will be a continuous flow of movement linking one pose to the next.
