Yoga and Ayurveda

Yoga is first and foremost a science of self-discovery, and Ayurveda is the science of life. Throughout our 200hr training, each module will build upon the other in developing a spiritually based understanding of yoga, health, and personal revelation. In understanding the fundamentals of Ayurveda and each dosha, you will discover how to create an experience for your yoga students that benefits them physically, mentally, and emotionally.
