300 Hour Teacher Training

Our transformative 300 Hr Teacher Training Program dives deeper into the art and science of yoga. Designed for certified 200 Hr instructors seeking to expand their knowledge and skill set by an in-depth exploration of advanced asana, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, Ayurveda, and teaching methodologies. This training will empower you to elevate your practice, refine your teaching techniques, and deepen your understanding of yoga's profound wisdom. Students must have completed a 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certification to enroll in the program.
Yoga and Ayurveda
Yoga is first and foremost a science of self-discovery, and Ayurveda is the science of life. Throughout our 300hr training, each module will build upon the other in developing a spiritually based understanding of yoga, health, and personal revelation. In understanding the fundamentals of Ayurveda and each dosha, you will discover how to create an experience for your yoga students that benefits them physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Course Investment
The investment is $3500 with a $350 non-refundable deposit that goes towards tuition. The $350 deposit is due by February 1, 2025. There is a payment plan option of $393.75 per month for 8 months.
Fees will be applied if paying by credit card. Tuition includes books, training manual and immersion weekends at Yama Yoga.
